Yes, all sitters complete a comprehensive background check before they can accept bookings.

How do video calls work?
Once a booking is confirmed, you can schedule up to 3 video meet & greet sessions (15 minutes each) with your sitter.
Do I need special software?
No, video calls work directly in your browser using our Daily.co integration. No downloads required.
Can I record video sessions?
Recording is disabled for privacy protection. Sessions automatically end after 15 minutes.
